Thank you for your interest in the Sussex County Homebuyer Fair!
Sussex County Government is hosting its third annual Homebuyer Fair on Saturday, September 24th from 9 am to 1 pm. Participants will get a FREE copy of their credit report and a mini-counseling session with a HUD-approved housing counselor. The counseling session will include prequalification services, as well as preliminary work plans and budgets.
The goal of the Homebuyer Fair is to provide individuals and families thinking about homeownership with their credit information, an approximation of what house price range they might qualify for, and a preliminary work plan to become mortgage ready.
After meeting with a counselor, we invite you to visit with the various vendors and exhibitors that will be available. Each of the vendors and exhibitors will have different programs, opportunities, and resources available for potential homebuyers.
Pre-registration is strongly recommended so that we can provide you with the copy of your credit report and you can select an appointment time most convenient for you. Please complete the Attendee Registration form below to pre-register for the event.
