The City of Milford, Delaware, in cooperation with the Sussex County Council, the Levy Court of Kent County, Delaware, and the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA), will hold a public hearing for the purpose of providing any interested citizens the opportunity to comment on the municipality’s application for funds under the Delaware Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
