NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council adopted a Resolution establishing the boundary for the proposed Pintail Pointe Area of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District.

Results from the referendum held June 4, 2021 from 3-5pm  at the Sussex County Council Chambers were 34 in-favor and 0 opposed, requires County Council approval of the Resolution.
