Western Sussex Transmission Facilities - Pump Stations

The work detailed in the Western Sussex Transmission Facilities: Project No. 19-28: Pump Stations GMB contract drawings consists of furnishing and installing approximately 170 lineal feet of 10” PVC sewer force main; 1,144 lineal feet of 42” polypropylene gravity sewer/flow equalization piping; 250 lineal feet of 10” PVC gravity sewer main; five (5) sanitary sewer manholes and associated frame and covers; and one (1) flow control structure. Also included is duplex submersible pumping equipment removal and replacement at the existing HSPS and installation of a motor operated flow control sluice gate and associated items; construction of precast concrete wet well pump station inclusive of submersible duplex pumps, valve vault, electrical control cabinet, emergency power generator and bypass pumping connection, and associated site work. The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary for pumping station improvements. The work detailed in the Western Sussex Transmission Facilities: Project No. 19-28: Pump Stations DBF contract drawings consists of furnishing and installing; sewer pump station at Bridgeville WWTP, core drill and connection to overflow tank, Heritage Shores Sanitary Sewer Structure, 575 lineal feet of 12” PVC gravity sewer main, 75 lineal feet of 18” PVC gravity sewer main, 75 lineal feet of 24” PVC gravity sewer main, 35 lineal feet of 24” Ductile Iron gravity sewer main, 60 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes, 90 lineal feet of 6” PVC force main, 37 lineal feet of 8” PVC force main, 75 lineal feet of 12” PVC force main, 25 lineal feet of 16” PVC force main, removal and disposal of 150 lineal feet of curb and gutter, installation of 20 lineal feet of curb and 65 tons of bituminous concrete work. Also included as bid alternates are air burst mixing systems associated with pump station wet well and overflow tank. The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary for the work shown in the Contract Documents.
