The Office of the Clerk of the Peace issues marriage licenses, officiates Memorable Marriage ceremonies, and provides certified copies of marriage licenses issued in Sussex County, Delaware.

Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Marriage licenses will not be issued after 4 p.m.
The Office will be closed on holidays.
