The Sussex County Farmland Preservation Advisory Board is a five-member panel appointed by the Sussex County Council to advise the Delaware Agricultural Lands Preservation Foundation in relation to any regulations proposed for adoption by the Foundation, and to review and recommend applications for the establishment of an Agricultural Preservation District in Sussex County. Members are appointed for four-year terms. The board meets as needed.
