This Ordinance provides for the issuance of up to $3,887,000 of Sussex County General Obligation Bonds in order to finance or reimburse the County for a portion of the costs for the design, construction and equipping of the wastewater collection, conveyance and transmission facilities for the expansion of the Millville Sanitary Sewer District.
