The Department of Elections' Offices begin to accept applications for absentee ballots for the 2018 Primary and General Elections from uniformed services members and citizens living outside the U.S.
November 9, 2016 - May 25, 2018 Registered voters may change their political party affiliation.
January 1, 2018 The Department of Elections' Offices begin to accept applications for absentee ballots for the 2018 Primary and General Elections from regular absentee voters.
May 25, 2018 Deadline for voters to change political party affiliation before the Primary Election.
August 11, 2018 Deadline for unregistered citizens to register to vote before the Primary Election.
August 20, 2018 Deadline for unregistered uniformed service members and citizens living outside the U.S. to register to vote before the Primary Election.
September 4, 2018 Last day the Department of Elections' Offices must mail Primary Election absentee ballots.
