NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council voted on September 29, 2026, to consider extending the boundary of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District (SCUSSD), Western Sussex Area, to include one parcel on the east side of Sussex Highway (Rt. 13), being situate in Northwest Fork Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.
