NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council voted on July 14, 2026, to consider extending the boundary of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District (SCUSSD), (Ellendale Area), to include one parcel on the west side of DuPont Boulevard (Rt. 113) and west of the Town of Ellendale, being situate in Cedar Creek Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.
