Affordable and Fair Housing Resource Center

Welcome to Sussex County's Affordable and Fair Housing Resource Center!

Sussex County is committed to fair and equal access to housing for all.  It is the policy of Sussex County to uphold the Fair Housing Act, as amended, and the Delaware Fair Housing Act by ensuring that its officials, agents, and employees will not discriminate in any aspect of housing based on the following protected classes: race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, age, sexual orientation, source of income or disability.

This resource center is designed to be a growing, living hub or housing information for Sussex County residents.  Here you'll find county, state, and federal resources covering fair housing rights, affordable housing options, foreclosure assistance, emergency help, and more.  We invite you to check back often as we continue to expand what's available.

The information contained on this site is required by the terms of the settlement agreement and made available to better assist the public with concerns regarding affordable and fair housing in Sussex County.
