consider expanding the boundary of the West Rehoboth Area of the Sussex County Unified
Sanitaty Sewer District (SCUSSD) to include the Northstar property situated on the southeast
side of Beaver Dam Road (SCR 23). The property is located in the Lewes & Rehoboth Hundred,
Sussex County, Delaware and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex
County, Delaware.
