Update - January 21, 2022 at 2:30 P.M.   The Applicant has requested that the Application be withdrawn.  A new Conditional Use application is likely to be submitted with a new C/U Reference Number.  Public Hearings are expected to follow for the new application in April and May, 2022 and the new dates will be advertised as part of any new application once it is received.  Please contact the Planning & Zoning Department on (302) 855-7878 with any questions.
