Sussex County's Home Repair Assistance Program helps low- and moderate-income homeowners maintain safe, decent, and affordable housing. From roofing and siding to plumbing, heating, windows, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and accessibility improvements, our program addresses the critical repairs that keep homes safe, comfortable, and affordable for years to come.
Who We Help
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be the owner and primary occupant of the home
- Be a permanent resident of Sussex County
- Have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Sussex County
