Sussex County is requesting bids for the construction of a new paramedic station in Lincoln,DE, which shall house a garage, crew area, bunk room, kitchen, office and related staff and support areas. The completed work shall include site work, grading, paving, utilities, stormwater management, concrete, wood framing, wood trusses, shingle roofing, vinyl siding, wood studs and drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as indicated on the project drawings. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work in the manner approved by the Architect and Owner.
