The project includes, but is not limited to, the time and material-based tasks at the following locations:

• Rehabilitation of County Pump Stations to potentially include structural, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements.
• Upgrades and improvements at County Wastewater Treatment Plants to potentially include structural, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements.
• Work at the Delaware Coastal Airport & Business Park including various pavement, electrical, drainage, utility and site improvements.
• Sewer System legacy expansions including miscellaneous pavement repair projects addressing trench settlement and related infrastructure repairs.
• Work in the Western Sussex Sewer District Area including legacy sewer collection systems and pump station repairs.
• Work throughout the County involving the installation, repair or rehabilitation of sewer gravity and force main conveyance systems.
• Work throughout the County involving repair and/or replacement of manholes, valves, cleanouts and related sewer systems and components. 
• Work in the Dewey Beach area including replacement/repair of sewer and water manholes and/or valves.
• Emergency repairs at any location within the County’s Unified Sanitary Sewer District or the Dewey Beach Water District.
