Wik be hired as an unclassifified employee of Sussex County for the position of Environmental Planner with the Coastal Sussex 208 Waste Treatment Management Planning Program at an initial salary of $15,000.00 per year for the period beginning 1 November 1975 and lasting until termination of 100% federal funding of the 208 Program. He serves at the pleasure of the County Council. It is hereby understood that Mr. Wik will be eligible for all benefits normally conferred upon unclassified employees and shall be considered a covered employee during the aforementioned period with respect to the Sussex County Employee Pension Plan.
