Proposals are being sought from qualified Contractors, specialized in Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) Operation and Maintenance, to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services for On-Call work at Sussex County stormwater facilities in accordance with the Contract Documents.
