NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council voted on March 5, 2024 to extend the boundary of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District (SCUSSD), Millville Area, to include 23 parcels along Beaver Dam Road, Substation Road and Penn Del Avenue, being situate in Baltimore Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.
