The Project consists of replacing the electrical service and switchgear at the Wolfe Neck Regional Wastewater Facility, constructing a new electrical building and generator, and temporarily and permanently refeeding existing aerators in the existing treatment lagoons. The Wolfe Neck Regional Wastewater Facility is located at 36160 Wolfe Neck Road, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
