Gregory Fuller
Greg Fuller Sr. is Sussex County’s Register of Wills. Elected in 2022, he is no stranger to the office, having served as Register for a two-year period following his appointment by then-Gov. Ruth Ann Minner in December 2008 to fill a vacancy in the office. Mr. Fuller is the first African-American elected to a countywide office in Sussex County. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Fuller served his country for more than two decades, retiring at the rank of 1st Sgt., and continued his public service with the State of Delaware in a variety of roles, helping manage the Department of Correction’s Sussex Boot Camp, as well as the Ferris School for Boys and the Stevenson House Detention Center in Milford. A graduate of Wilmington University and the Friends International Christian University, Mr. Fuller holds a number of degrees, including a Bachelor’s of Science degree in criminal justice, and a Master’s of Science degree in administration of justice, among others. Active in various charities, civic causes, and his local church, Mr. Fuller believes service to others is a calling that should not be limited to one’s vocation. He resides in Lincoln with his wife, Esther. They are the proud parents of two sons and grandparents to five grandchildren.
