AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN RELATION TO TAX PARCEL NO. 235-30.00-94.00.

UPDATED 2:00 PM April 14, 2022.  The Planning & Zoning Department has today received a letter from the property owner, stating that the requested amendment of the Comprehensive Plan is no longer requested.  An update will be made to the Planning & Zoning Commission at 5:00 PM when the meeting starts.   It is possible that the item may be removed from the agenda, and would then not be considered by the Commission at the meeting of April 14th, or the County Council meeting of  May 17, 2022 at 1:30PM

The Applicant withdrew CU2299 and CZ1978, therefore, this Ordinance will not be acted upon.
