Sussex County is soliciting proposals from firms to provide professional appraisal services on an as needed basis for a period of five (5) consecutive years.

Services include, but are not limited to, inspecting and investigating properties to provide an appraisal report for fee simple land acquisitions and temporary and/or permanent easements. Appraisal services may cover a variety of property types and zoning including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural. Professionals must maintain a Real Property Appraiser (RPA) certification while performing the required appraisals.
