Plan Review and Inspection Fees

The new Building Code fees for plan review and inspections take effect on July 1, 2026. Please contact the Building Code office with any questions.

Non-Attached Residential 1,000 SF - 2,999 SF (Includes applicable-sized Modular Homes) $240
Non-Attached Residential 3,000 SF and over (Includes applicable-sized Modular Homes) $360
Attached Residential (Townhouses/Duplexes) $560
Commercial/Apartments $360 Plus $5 per $1,000 of construction No cap on inspections
Other Fee
Re-review (for lost or damaged plans) $120
Change Order (for modifications to residential projects) $60
