NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council voted on October 7, 2025, to consider extending the boundary of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District (SCUSSD), Ocean View Area, to include two parcels on the northeast side of Windmill Drive, being situate in Baltimore Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.
