    5. Subsidy of $200 per year.

    5. Subsidy of $200 per year.

  3. County Sewer Low-Income Septic & Connection Fee Assistance Program
    1. Full-time resident of the property and homeowner;
    2. Property located in unincorporated Sussex County or County sewer district;
    3. Income below HUD CDBG low-income levels; (HUD Adjusted Home Income Limits)
    4. Liquid assets and real estate less than $15,000, excluding home; and
    5. One-time grant subsidy of up to $2,500.
