NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sussex County Council will hold a public hearing on the question of organizing a sanitary sewer district for the South Greenwood Area to be part of the Sussex County Unified Sanitary Sewer District.

The description of the proposed area, consisting of two properties owned by Delaware Electric Cooperative, Inc. which lie south of the Town of Greenwood in the Northwest Fork Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.
