The Project consists of the construction of approximately 17,000 feet of water main and all appurtenances as indicated in the Contract Documents.  Work includes furnishing all equipment, material and labor for the work described in the bid document drawings and specifications.

The Sussex County Council is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified Professional Firms to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services to support the Engineering Department on projects over a five-year period. Services will include but are not limited to subsurface investigation, geotechnical engineering, and project consulting.

The Sussex County Council is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified Professional Engineering Firms to provide Miscellaneous Engineering Services to support the Engineering Department on projects over a five-year period. Services will include but are not limited to various planning, design, permitting, and construction phase components of civil and municipal improvement projects.

The Sussex County Council is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified Professional Firms to provide Land Survey and Mapping Services to support the Engineering Department on projects over a five-year period. Services will include but are not limited to topographical field survey and data collection, project base mapping, boundary survey, legal descriptions, and easement and right-of-way plats.

The work detailed in the New Marydels Road, Tanglewood, and Oak Acres Sanitary Sewer Extension Project will be bid as one prime contract for two segments of work.  Award of the contract will be based on the lowest responsible Bidder for the total of both segments of work.

Bids are being sought from Suppliers to provide materials. No construction is contained within the contract proposal. All materials shall be delivered to the designated location in coordination with Sussex County.

Sussex County is requesting bids for the construction of a new paramedic station in Millsboro, DE, which shall house a garage, crew area, bunk room, kitchen, office and related staff and support areas. The completed work shall include site work, paving, utilities, stormwater management, road reconstruction, concrete, wood framing, wood trusses, shingle roofing, vinyl siding, wood studs and drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as indicated on the project drawings.
