Additional Information:
The Blackwater Village residents voted to abandon their project, thus removing the shared infrastructure for connection required for IRA. The engineering department has identified an alternate connection location and working through the logistics. Once the neighboring project has land use approval the county will coordinate to have infrastructure installed to benefit both projects.
